BEEF TIPS ON RICE 
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 lb. sirloin roast, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 can beef broth
Hot cooked rice

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Place beef cubes in bag and shake well. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Add beef broth to mixture. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
