PEACH MARMALADE 
6 pts. fresh peaches
1 pt. water
3 pts. granulated sugar

Peel peaches, cut into halves and remove pits. Measure fruit, place into kettle and add water. Cook for almost one hour. Add sugar and cook until thick and smooth. Pour into clean, dry containers, cover tightly and refrigerate or freeze.
