PEACH MARMALADE 
8 c. peaches, crushed or cut in sm. pieces (about 20)
8 c. sugar
1 lemon, juice, grated rind, pulp
1 orange, juice, grated rind, pulp

Boil over high heat, stirring constantly in large kettle until fruit is clear, about 25 minutes. Seal in glasses. Makes about 14 glasses.
