SUMMER PEACH PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, or can use Keebler graham cracker crust (X- large)
5 or 6 fresh ripe peaches, peeled & cut in sm. pieces

Put fruit in pie shell. Then mix together and stirring bring to a boil: 1 (3 oz.) peach Jello 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. water

Pour this over the peaches and chill at least 2 hours until set. Cover with Cool Whip. May use strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries and use matching flavor of Jello.
