STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Mix together the following ingredients:

1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 softened 6 oz. cream cheese

Clean one large package of fresh mushrooms using a slightly damp paper towel. Snap stems from caps. Fill caps with spinach mixture, mounding it slightly.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Transfer to serving dish. Serve hot.

Can be used as an appetizer or a compliment to roast beef.
