STUFFED HAMBURGERS IN MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
Bread stuffing
Lipton onion soup mix (about 2 or 3 tbsp.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix well and make 8 thin patties. Brown lightly in frying pan. Arrange 4 patties and top with other 4 patties. Mix 1 can soup with 3/4 cup milk and spread over all. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
