MANGO PINEAPPLE PRESERVES 
2 qt. ripe mango pieces
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lime juice
4 c. sugar

Prepare mangos. Put all ingredients in heavy weight pan. Place on heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cook rapidly, stirring occasionally until preserves are thickened. Fill jars and seal. Boil in bath for 5 minutes.
