EASY BAKED ASPARAGUS 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
12 fresh asparagus spears
2 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put melted butter in 8 inch dish. Line bottom with asparagus spears. Mix onion, celery, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Spread evenly over asparagus. Cover; bake 45 minutes. 4 servings.

Be sure to blanch fresh, raw vegetables before storing them in freezer.
