HOT ARTICHOKE/ASPARAGUS DIP 
1 can artichokes or asparagus, cut in pieces
1 can chopped chili peppers
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients together in oven-proof dish or casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with taco chips, corn chips or other chips of choice. (Also is tasty all by itself as an appetizer or side dish.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
