3 cans yellow hominy
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter. In large baking dish combine butter, hominy, onion, cheese, soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
