EASY ROAST CHICKEN 
Several chicken parts, skinned
Salt & pepper
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. almonds, optional
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine or vermouth
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese

Place ingredients mixed in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour uncovered and 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
