VOLDKA SAUCE & PASTA 
3 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. VOLDKA
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 stick butter
3/4 c. heavy cream or light cream
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. penne pasta

Boil water for macaroni. Pour voldka in saucepan and light with match to burn off alcohol. Add your cheese and stir in then add butter, then the heavy cream. Let simmer for 10 minutes. When pasta is ready (al dente) add your salt and pepper and crushed red pepper. Drain your pasta, add your sauce and serve. Makes a great appetizer as well.
