APRICOT CHICKEN GLAZE | |
This recipe may be used in a crock pot or baked in an oven. In a blender empty: 1 1/2 cups apricot (all fruit) preserves 1 env. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture over chicken pieces. For a very special dinner use only chicken breasts (6-8). Crock pot on low about 7 hours or bake in oven 350-375°F basting occasionally about 1 hour. |
