PARMESAN CHICKEN BREAST 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan
1 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. butter

Mix first 5 ingredients. dip chicken in 1/2 cup butter, melted, coating well. Dip in bread crumbs mixture. Pack heavily on breast. Place flat in roasting pan lined with foil. Do not overlap. Drizzle rest of butter over breast.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered. Make sure pan is not too close to bottom heat. Can be prepared in advance and cooked in time to serve.
