CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. box Townhouse crackers

Mix marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Spread over crackers which are placed on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Cover with another cracker. Put cookie sheet in freezer while preparing crackers.

Melt dipping chocolate, about 2 1/2 pounds, and dip sandwiched crackers in chocolate and place on cooled cookie sheet to harden chocolate.
