1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. pkg. marshmallows
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. peanuts, parched

Put butter and chocolate chips in double boiler to melt. Or microwave. Add Eagle Brand milk and mix. Pour into large mixing bowl. Add 3 cups peanuts and marshmallows. Stir and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Chill.
