BEEF CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer slowly while preparing remaining ingredients. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion. Place half of cooked noodles in a greased 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese mixture then remaining noodles. Pour meat mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
