BEEFY - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Ragu sauce
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2 quart casserole. Cook macaroni according to directions on package, drain well.

Combine macaroni and cottage cheese; set aside. Cook together beef and onion until meat is cooked. Then drain, stir in tomato sauce, flour, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook 1 minute.
