6 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. cream
1 pt. milk
1 oz. rum
1 pt. whiskey

Beat egg whites adding 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix yolks with 1/2 cup sugar. Combine eggs, whites and milk. Add rum and whiskey. Garnish with nutmeg. Serve in small portions.
