3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coffee, brewed
3/4 c. oil

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Batter is thin and a bit runny, but makes delicious moist cake. Pour into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with White Frosting. This batter will make 24 cupcakes, bake these for approximately 20 minutes.

WHITE FROSTING:

1/3 c. shortening
3 c. 10X sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and whip with mixer on high until fluffy. Frosts 13"x9" cake.
