COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
Cook in slow cooker or casserole.

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. country sausage
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
1 lg. can (1 lb.) whole kernel corn
1 lg. can (18 1/4 oz.) whole tomatoes, mashed
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Green pepper rings (optional)

Layer ingredients with sausage patties or pieces on bottom and middle. Top with washed tomatoes, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.

Slow cooker: Use directions for casseroles with raw meat and potatoes. Oven: AT LEAST 2 HOURS at 350 degrees.
