BAKED FRENCH ONION SOUP 
In individual crocks, put grated Romano cheese on bottom. Next, 1/2 inch thick slice of French bread. The night before saute onions in beef consomme. Use favorite onion soup. After adding soup, add 1 slice Provolone cheese in top and 1 slice Swiss cheese. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes
