CHEESY CAULIFLOWER 
1 qt. glass casserole dish
2 c. glass measuring cup
1 lb. cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Place cauliflower in glass casserole. Cover, cook on high in microwave for 7 minutes or until tender. Set aside.

SAUCE: In measuring cup cook butter on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in flour, then milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on roast (7) for 5 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking. Pour sauce over cooked cauliflower. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
