CAFE' GRAND MARNIER 
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 c. fresh hot coffee
1/2 c. orange flavored liqueur
1 orange slice, cut in quarters

In a small bowl, beat the cream until stiff. Gently fold in the sugar and orange rind. Pour hot coffee into 4 mugs. Stir 2 tablespoons liqueur into each one. Top with the whipping cream mixture. Garnish with an orange wedge at once.
