CREAMED SPINACH 
1 can (15 oz.) spinach, drained
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

Stir soup into drained spinach while heating in a saucepan over medium heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and dash of nutmeg. May be served in hollowed-out tomato cups or patty shells. Makes 4 servings of 95 calories each.
