4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 level tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Beat eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, milk and then vanilla. Pour into a pie pan lightly greased with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake an hour at 350 degrees. Cut and serve as pie.
