1 lb. fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries
1/2 c. pecans pieces

DRESSING:

1/3 c. raspberry or regular vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp. poppy seed

Can use mandarin oranges instead of the strawberries.

Wash, dry spinach, tear into pieces. Cut berries in half. Brown pecans in butter for 10 minutes. Mix these three ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients, pour onto salad.
