STRAWBERRY AND SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 lb. spinach, bagged & washed
1 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled & sliced
2 oz. toasted almonds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar, white
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Arrange spinach and strawberries in glass bowl (around edges to show through) or individual plates. Place sugar, sesame seed, poppy seed, onion, Worcestershire, paprika, and vinegar in blender or shaker. Add oil in steady stream. Will become creamy and thick. Drizzle over salad. Garnish with almonds. NOTE: Dressing makes LOTS. Suggest halving recipe.
