EASY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lemon rinds

Put everything in a blender on BLEND setting for 5 minutes. Grease pan with butter. Pour in batter, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Set oven at 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Take it out from oven and cool for 1 1/2 hours and put in refrigerator. Serve cold.
