1 lb. mushrooms
1 med. onion
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. light cream
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
3 pkgs. frozen French style beans
1 or 2 cans water chestnuts

Saute mushrooms and onion in 1/2 cup butter. Add flour, milk and cream. Stir until thick. Mix together cheese and seasonings. Cook and drain French style beans. Mix with all of the above. Slice water chestnuts and add. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
