WILD RICE PORCUPINES 
2 lbs. ground beef
4/ c. cooked wild rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together - form balls.

PORCUPINE SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce

Pour over meat balls. Cover with foil and bake one hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes. (350 degree oven)
