BEEF AND RICE BALLS "LITTLE
PORCUPINES"
 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. raw rice (Minute)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 egg

Drain hamburger. Combine rice, hamburger, onion, 1 teaspoon salt, bread, and egg; form into balls 1 1/2 inch. Heat juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. When hot, add meatballs. Cover tightly and simmer 50 minutes.
