APPLE RAISIN CAKE 
2 c. peeled apples, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 c. butter

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In small bowl, cream butter, eggs and sugar gradually stir into dry ingredients; mix well. Add milk, mixing all ingredients together, then add apples and raisins; stir in real well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 45 minutes on 375 degree or until done. Glaze with powdered sugar icing.
