ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) spiral macaroni
1 1/4 c. pitted ripe black olives, sliced
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami (cut into strips)
1 sm. red onion cut into rings
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
3/4 c. Italian dressing

Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cool water until completely cool. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add macaroni and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Makes about 6 servings.
