KNOX BLOX (FINGER JELLO) 
4 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. flavored gelatin
4 c. boiling water

In large bowl combine gelatins. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour mixture into shallow baking dish (13 x 9). Chill until firm.

Variation: 3 cups boiling water; then add 1 cup cream (whipping or half and half)
