CHEESE AND NUT SNACKS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cream butter and cheese. Add other ingredients. Mix with hands. Roll and chill. Slice thin. Bake at 300 degrees on top shelf until light brown. Enjoy!
