LES VACHES `A LA MER 
1 1/2 lb. steak, cubed
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 pkg. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. dry beef bouillon
1 lb. scallops
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. sherry
Garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
3-4 tbsp. sour cream

Make a sauce with butter, sherry, lemon and spices. In a large frying pan, saute the steak, green pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Add the beef bouillon to darken. Broil the scallops in remaining sauce. Combine with steak mixture and sour cream. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
