2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. ground raisins
1 lg. orange juice and pulp, ground (save juice)
1 c. milk

Cream shortening, sugar, blend in eggs and orange and raisins. Then add flour, salt, soda (mixed) alternately with the milk. Blend thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dribble orange juice and above over warm cake.
