2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops red food coloring
6 qts. popped popcorn

Cook ingredients together to 230 degrees or soft ball stage. Add vanilla and food coloring. Pour over 6 quarts popped popcorn. Spread on a flat surface to cool.
