PINEAPPLE CUSTARD PIE | |
1 stick melted butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. butter flavor salt (optional) 2 eggs 1 tsp. butter flavor (optional) 1 c. crushed pineapple and juice (8 oz.) can) 1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter, add other ingredients and beat together well. Add pineapple (undrained). Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is lightly brown. DON'T OVERCOOK. Center should still be soft. |
