PEACH POPS 
Meets a fruit/vegetable requirement at breakfast or snack.

4 ripe peaches
1 c. orange juice

Peel and pit peaches. Cut into small chunks. Combine orange juice and peaches in blender. Blend all ingredients until pureed. Pour into popsicle molds, 2 ounce paper cups with plastic spoons in centers, or ice cube trays with toothpicks in center of each. Freeze until firm. Makes 6 servings.
