PEANUT BUTTER POPS 
4 bananas
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener

Peel bananas and cut in half. Wrap each half in aluminum foil and freeze. Combine milk, peanut butter, and sweetener. Heat until smooth and creamy. Coat frozen bananas with mixture. Rewrap and freeze. 8 servings.
