LOBSTER PIE 
1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 lb. lobster meat
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sherry

Cook and drain the macaroni. Saute the lobster meat in the butter. Remove to a bowl with a lotted spoon. Stir flour into remaining butter. Whisk in the milk and simmer until thickened. Stir in the grated cheese and sherry. Mix with macaroni and lobster. Spoon into a casserole dish, cover, and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
