SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. honey
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry wine or fruit juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Beat eggs until thick. Combine honey, sour cream and sherry (fruit juice). Fold into beaten eggs. Mix cinnamon, salt and flour with raisins. Add to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle walnuts over top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, decrease heat to 375 degrees continue baking 25 minutes or until well browned. Cool before cutting.
