SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 pie crust
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. raisins

Cook raisins in water. Bring to a boil. Drain and set aside. Lightly beat eggs add sugar, sour cream and vanilla, add raisins. Put in pie shell, pour mixture in. Top with other crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
