BAKED CORN 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
2 (12 oz. ea.) cans whole kernel corn
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Melt butter, add flour and mix well. Add milk and bring to the boiling point, stirring constantly. Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper - heat thoroughly. Remove from heat, add well beaten eggs. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the corn is firm.

Brown bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle on top before serving.
