1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix 2 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. frozen corn 3 eggs 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 c. cheddar cheese Mix cornbread mix, corn, eggs and butter. Add sauteed onions and peppers. Put into 9x13-inch buttered pan. Top with mixture of sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, not longer. If you use two smaller pans, bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
