CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice, and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan and line the bottom with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done. Cool on rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool. Wrap.
