OVER AND UNDER CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cake mix according to directions. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, spread coconut and pecans. Pour cake batter on top. Spread evenly in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter and cream cheese; stir until well blended. Slowly add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Pour evenly over cake batter.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
