CHEESE GARLIC POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Garlic powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Peel and boil potatoes; drain. Add sour cream and cream cheese. Beat with electric mixer. Blend in salt and garlic powder to taste. Pour into casserole. Put butter on top and cover with grated cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
